Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Respawn Trade (the “Service”), available at respawnsol.fun. By creating an account, starting a guest session, connecting a wallet, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Respawn Trade is primarily a trading simulator. Simulated (“paper”) trading uses virtual SOL balances that exist only inside the Service. Virtual SOL has no monetary value, is not a cryptocurrency, token, or financial instrument, cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged, and represents no claim against us or anyone else. Prices shown reflect live market data for real tokens, but paper trades are not executed on any blockchain or market.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for your account credentials and for everything that happens under your account. One account per person; creating multiple accounts to gain an advantage in rewards or leaderboards is prohibited. Guest sessions are temporary and may be deleted, with their balances and history, at any time.

We may run reward programs that pay real SOL to top-performing traders over defined periods. Rewards are discretionary promotional payments, not winnings from gambling, not investment returns, and not compensation. Eligibility criteria (such as a verified wallet, minimum account age, minimum trading activity, and positive performance) are enforced automatically and may change. Claims may expire if not collected within the stated window. We may modify, suspend, or terminate any reward program, or withhold rewards in cases of suspected abuse, at our sole discretion. You are solely responsible for any taxes arising from rewards you receive.

Where enabled, the Service offers an optional live trading mode that lets you execute real token swaps on the Solana blockchain. Live trading is strictly non-custodial: we never hold, control, or have access to your funds or private keys. Every live order is a transaction that you review and sign in your own wallet. Once signed and broadcast, blockchain transactions are irreversible.

Live orders are routed through third-party liquidity venues. We charge a platform fee, disclosed at order time, which is included in the quoted amounts. Quotes are estimates; actual execution is subject to slippage, price impact, network congestion, and failure. A submitted transaction may fail or expire without executing.

Trading digital assets involves substantial risk of loss. Tokens available through the Service can be illiquid, extremely volatile, or worthless, and may be created by anonymous parties. Nothing in the Service is an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy or sell any asset. We are not a broker, dealer, exchange, custodian, money transmitter, or investment adviser. You alone decide what to trade and accept all risk of doing so.

You may not use the Service, and in particular live trading and rewards, if you are located in, organized in, or a resident of any jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited, or if you are subject to sanctions administered by the United States, the United Nations, the European Union, or the United Kingdom. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful where you live. We may restrict access by geography at any time.

You agree not to:

• exploit bugs, price-feed errors, or latency to manipulate balances, PnL, leaderboards, or rewards;
• operate multiple or coordinated accounts to farm rewards or leaderboard positions;
• scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service or its APIs beyond documented use;
• use the Service to violate any law, including market-manipulation and sanctions laws;
• impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

We may suspend or terminate accounts, void simulated balances, and withhold unpaid rewards where we reasonably believe this section has been violated.

Paper trading is free. Live trading carries the platform fee shown at order time, plus Solana network fees and any fees inherent to the route your swap takes. We may introduce additional optional paid features; their pricing will be shown before you pay.

The Service depends on third parties we do not control, including blockchain networks, RPC providers, price-data providers, liquidity venues, and wallet software. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or conduct. Your use of a third-party wallet is governed by that wallet’s own terms.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that prices, charts, PnL figures, or any other data are accurate, complete, or timely, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Simulated performance does not predict real trading results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, tokens, or data, arising out of or relating to the Service, including losses from live trades, missed rewards, data inaccuracies, or downtime. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of 100 USD or the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause. Sections 4 through 13 survive termination.

We may change or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date; continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes to live trading or rewards will be highlighted in the product where practical.
